Samsung Frame Pro TVs – Intermittent No Picture / Failure to Display

Some Samsung Frame Pro TVs connected to a Pulse-Eight neo matrix can intermittently fail to display a picture. The issue isn't constant — it may work on some sources or some of the time, then drop out. We've identified a fix that has resolved this reliably in the field.

This applies to Samsung Frame Pro TVs from the 2024/2025 range connected downstream of a neo matrix.

The fix

Enabling Game Mode on the affected TV resolves this issue.

1
Open the TV's picture settings menu.
2
Enable Game Mode.
3
Check that the picture displays reliably across normal use — power cycles, source switching, and everyday operation.

Before you try this

If the TV shows no picture at all, all the time, this is likely a different issue — for example EDID, cabling, or an HDBaseT link problem — rather than the intermittent fault covered here. In that case, get in touch with us directly rather than relying on this fix.
