If your HDBT connection on an Output to a Samsung TV is not scoring 'Good' or 'Excellent' on the HDBT Link Quality Test (further information on that test here) you may experience an issue where the Samsung TV randomly turns on.
This is because due to the poor HDBT connection the TV disconnects from the matrix. Whenever a Samsung TV detects a 'new' signal it will turn on.
In order to resolve this issue you will need to improve the HDBT link quality, or turn off CEC on the Television to prevent this powering on.
