Reported affected models: All K Range Smart TVs

At initial power-on the screen is either completely black or is black apart from Samsung Home. If the customer switches to TV and back to HDMI input, picture appears again.

We have informed Samsung of this problem, meanwhile we are advising the following temporary workaround:

1) Change the TV's source to TV/Tuner

2) Go to Settings and select Broadcasting -> Auto Tuning

3) Select Standby Auto Tuning and change the Standby Auto Tune setting to OFF

4) Return to HDMI input source. It should stop having black screen from now on.
