Where do I find Drivers for Control Systems to integrate with Pulse-Eight products?

To download drivers for control systems, you will need an account with the Pulse-Eight Cloud Monitoring Service http://monitoring.pulse-eight.com/

Please ask your local distributor or sales agent to issue you with an installer ID and User Auth Code.

The installer ID is your unique 4 digit code, to which your matrix units will be registered under.

The User Auth Code is a 10-digit code which will allow you to create an account with the Cloud Monitoring Service.

Please use these details to register with the Cloud Monitoring Service (http://monitoring.pulse-eight.com/Account/Register)

Once you have set up your account with the Cloud Monitoring Service, log in and you will find drivers under Documentation and Drivers.

If your control system is not in the above list, the API documentation is also provided in http://monitoring.pulse-eight.com/APIDocs/Home

Please note that the matrix units prefer control via IP as more advanced commands are supported.
