How to Get Your Pulse-Eight Installer ID

Your Installer ID is required to access several key Pulse-Eight tools and resources, including:

• Cloud Monitoring (monitoring.pulse-eight.com) — remote monitoring and firmware updates for Neo Matrix and ProAmp
• ProAudio Config Tool — configuration software for the ProAudio range
• Control system driver downloads — Control4, Crestron, Elan, RTI, Savant, and URC drivers

How to Get an Installer ID

Installer IDs are issued through your local Pulse-Eight distributor or directly by the Pulse-Eight sales and support team.

Contact your local distributor if you purchased through a distribution partner — they can issue both an Installer ID and a User Auth Code.

Registering on Cloud Monitoring

Once you have your Installer ID and User Auth Code, register at monitoring.pulse-eight.com/register. 

Both codes are required to complete registration. Once registered you can log in to access firmware updates, download drivers, and monitor any Pulse-Eight products linked to your account.

Downloading the ProAudio Config Tool

Once registered on Cloud Monitoring, the ProAudio Config Tool can be downloaded from monitoring.pulse-eight.com/Downloads/ProAudioConfigTool.
