Drivers for third-party control systems are distributed through the Pulse-Eight Cloud Monitoring Service. You'll need an installer account before you can download them.
Getting Access
To create an account with the Cloud Monitoring Service, you first need an Installer ID and a User Auth Code from your local distributor or sales agent.

Request your codesContact your local distributor or sales agent and ask them to issue you with an Installer ID and User Auth Code.

- The name of your company
- A primary contact email address (This is where a welcome email will be sent, and will contain all the information you'll need to complete registration and log into our Cloud Monitoring Service website)
- A serial number from one of our units so we can link this to your account.
- Which distributor did you purchase this product from if not directly from Pulse-Eight.

Register with the Cloud Monitoring ServiceGo to monitoring.pulse-eight.com/Account/Register and use your Installer ID and User Auth Code to create your account.

Log in and locate the driversOnce your account is set up, log in to the Cloud Monitoring Service and open Documentation and Drivers to download the files you need.
Installer ID vs User Auth Code: The Installer ID is your unique 4-digit code, and your matrix units are registered under it. The User Auth Code is a separate 10-digit code used to create your Cloud Monitoring Service account.

Connection Recommendation
Matrix units support more advanced commands over an IP connection, so IP control is the preferred method wherever your control system supports it.
