You may find after a period of time your Neo Modular becomes stuck / won't boot. In order to clear this you will need to do the following:
- Please remove the SD Card from the Matrix.
- Insert into a Laptop or PC and Format FAT32
- Unzip the file to a folder (file attached)
- Copy the complete contents of the Unzipped folder to Root Directory of SD Card.
- Re-insert SD card and re-power matrix.
This should clear the SD Card and allow the unit to boot.
