Using the Audio Inputs (9-12) on the NeoX+ with Control 4

This is applicable for any NeoX+'s running firmware 3.9.7 (or older)

When using Composer you may notice that you are not getting Audio when you click on Inputs 9-12. This is because (at present) Composer does not like the mixture of Audio and Video.

To correct this issue please use the top half of composer (see photo below) purely for Video inputs.

For the Audio inputs please use the lower half of composer (see photo below). On the lower half you will not get the visual feedback when you click, but you will audibly here the audio come on (or off) when you click the input/output as long as it is stitched together correctly.

This issue will be fixed in a future firmware update for the NeoX+, but for now this is how to get both Video and Audio inputs to work correctly.
