Firmware updates for ProAudio are not done through Cloud Monitoring like the Pulse-Eight Video Matrixes and ProAmp. Instead you can find the Firmware updates on this page. Scroll down until you find your ProAudio product and then download the file direct from our website.
If you are using an older ProAudio you may find that the current drivers that are available to download from our website/Cloud Monitoring do not work. This is because these drivers are made to work with the latest firmware so please ensure your ProAudio is on the latest firmware before installing a Control System Driver.
