Unpairing a Neo: Tap

There are two ways to unpair a neo:Tap, depending on whether you have access to my.pulse-eight.com.


Method 1 — Unlink via My Pulse-Eight

Use this method if you want to re-pair the Tap with a different Room TV.

Log in to my.pulse-eight.comGo to my.pulse-eight.com and log in to your account.

Unlink the neo:TapFind the Tap you want to unpair and unlink it. It's now free to be re-paired with the correct output TV.



Method 2 — Raise a Support Ticket

Use this method if you can't access my.pulse-eight.com.

Contact Pulse-Eight SupportRaise a ticket with Pulse-Eight support and provide the serial number of the matrix.

Support unlinks the Tap remotelyOur support team will unlink the neo:Tap for you.
The matrix must be online for support to access it remotely and unlink the neo:Tap. If it's offline, this method won't work until connectivity is restored.
