Where is the Admin mode?

This Support Article explains how to access the Admin Area of the matrix WebUI. This is available on Neo Range Matrices, OneIP mesh devices and ProAmp Amplifiers.

Type in the IP address of the product in any web browser or alternatively go to; 'gotomymatrix.com'

                  OR

Click on 'Monitoring / Cloud Connection' 

Bottom left of this page there is a hyperlink labelled 'Admin' next to our copyright.

Click on this hyperlink.

This will now prompt you for the Admin Password for this Matrix, the default password for this can be found in the manual for your matrix.

Now you will see all admin options for our product.
