Please only proceed to use the following solution if you are unable to extract a full error log from a PC as per these instructions.
Please find instructions below on how to extract a Full Error Log from a Matrix using an iPhone/iPad.
- Ensure the iPhone/iPad is connected to the same network as the video matrix.
- Enter the following command into a web browser on Safari - 192.168.1.208/system/errorlog (you will need to edit the IP address to the IP address of the video matrix/ProAmp8)
- Click the share symbol at the bottom of the screen (see picture)

4. Click 'options' (see picture)

5. Change it to 'PDF', then click 'Done' (top right)

6. Click Mail

7. Proceed to send this document to support@pulse-eight.com
