Please note: These scripts assume that the HDMI port number can either be detected automatically by libCEC or that HDMI port 1 of the TV is used. If the TV
switches to the wrong input, you'll have to edit these files.
If you have connected to HDMI port 3 (for example), add the following to the last line of the script -s -p 3
The last number indicates which HDMI port is used.
This article explains how to add the preconfigured batch files to your Windows Startup folder so that the program runs on system boot. If the batch file is not working before adding to the startup file it will not work on Windows Boot.
First go to the file where the preconfigured windows commands were installed during the LibCEC installation; this is usually:
C:\Program Files\Pulse-Eight\USB-CEC Adapter
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Pulse-Eight\USB-CEC Adapter
You will need to locate the "tv_on" windows command in this folder. It is recommended at this time that you run the windows command to test if it works correctly with your TV.

Next right click the Start Icon
on the taskbar and click run
In the box that loads type shell:startup and click the OK button

Copy the "tv_on" windows command from the USB-CEC Adapter Folder to the startup folder that loads.
Then open your PC Settings, click the Apps tab on the left and then select Startup from the list

Locate "tv_on" from the list and toggle the button to the right hand side of it to "on"
With this now enabled the tv_on command will now run when the system boots turning on your TV screen
