Pulse-Eight Neo Matrix & Virgin V360 Box

Once a V6 Virgin box has been upgraded to a V360 the remote no longer supports IR and becomes Bluetooth – it also stops all CEC / IP control.

This will effect all users trying to control their V360 Box with IR, CEC/IP or a Control System (including but not limited to, Crestron, Control4, Savant, URC, Elan, etc)

Whilst we continue to look into a solution on this issue and speak with Virgin the current work around for this would be either:

1. Purchase a Logitech Harmony IR Remote with a Ziggo MediaBox driver.
2. Virgin VM360 virtual remote on App on Phone / Tablet.
3. Speak to Virgin and see if you're able to downgrade back to a V6 Box.

Virgin have said they are examining things to make it better, but as it stands this is the only solution to ensure your V360 box will continue to work using our Neo Matrixes.
