There are two methods to unpair a Neo:Tap.
The first method can be used if you wish to change the Room TV that the tap is currently paired with. In order to do this you would need to visit my.pulse-eight.com, login and unlink the Neo: Tap. This will enable you to re-pair it with the correct output TV.
If you are unable to access my.pulse-eight.com please contact Pulse-Eight Support and provide the serial number of the Matrix. Our support team will be able to get the Tap unlinked for you. The matrix must be online for us to be able to access it remotely and unlink the Neo: Tap.
