1. Ensure the Phone is on the same WiFi Network as the Matrix.
2. Turn on NFC on the Phone
3. Tap the Phone on the Neo: Tap
4. Go to my.pulse-eight.com where the Tap will be registered on "My System" - Neo Taps - You can then assign a Tap to an Output - This is then paired.
5. On future Taps to the device it will take directly to a virtual remote for that output.
